The WH ULTRA bits were developed by SPRENGER in cooperation with Lisa Wilcox and Ernst Hoyos. The unique anatomically adapted WH ULTRA roller provides a gentle stimulation to the tongue, which encourages the horse to accept the bit, salivate and relax the jaw. The horse learns more quickly to accept the bit softening its entire top-line and perform the movements with more relaxation, thoroughness and harmony. Direct pressure transmission is directed on the tongue and lower jaw due to the fixed mouthpiece. This WH Ultra D-Ring lies steady in the horse_s mouth and is gentle on the corners of the mouth. The lateral contact helps horses that tend to fall out whilst riding or approaching an obstacle. In addition, the mouthpiece is Sensogan. Developed by SPRENGER, Sensogan is toxicologically tested, has a high compatibility and is exceptionally well tolerated. Furthermore, the Sensogan mouthpiece is easy to clean and results in a consistent flow of saliva promoting bit acceptance.
