Shipping

We ship to the USA only at this time. Economy shipping to the Continental USA is $9.99.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $29.99.

Sales Tax
Pennsylvania
Although most “wearing apparel” is exempt from Pennsylvania sales and use tax, some clothing is subject to sales tax.

The following products are taxable in Pennsylvania:

  • Articles made from real, imitation, or synthetic fur, “where the fur is more than three times the value of the next most valuable component material”
  • Formal day or evening apparel
  • Sporting apparel and goods normally worn or used when engaged in sports

It is with this understanding that we do levy and submit 6% sales tax on all our equestrian sports clothing.

Order Processing Time
We ship most items within 2-3 business days of your order. See "Ship Time" on each product page to see if a given product may take longer. Normally, we do not ship until all the items in your order are ready to ship. However, if we expect delays on an item in your order, we may send items separately at no extra cost to you.

Transit Time

After we ship your items, expect them to arrive 2-7 business days on average when selecting our Economy Shipping option. Our primary warehouse location is in Pennsylvania, so customers might expect the following transit times depending on your location:

  • East Coast please allow 2 to 3 business days
  • Midwest please allow 4 to 5 business days
  • West Coast please allow 6 to 7 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please allow up to 15 days for delivery

Average transit times are determined by the carrier and may be influenced by shipping volume, weather and other factors. Please check the carrier website for any alerts or delays of this nature.

Our Premium Shipping option typically reduces transit time by 1-3 business days depending on your location.

"Business day" = Monday through Friday and not including public holidays.

Delivery

We ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS at our discretion. We ship to the USA only at this time. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address used when you placed the order.

If you purchased insured delivery and you need to make a claim please contact customer service. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that show delivered by the carrier but not received by you. In these cases we can help file a trace, but no refunds or claims will be paid once delivery has been made and confirmed by the carrier on their respective websites.

If an item arrives damaged and you have purchased shipping insurance, we will expedite your claim and replace your item or issue store credit. You will be required to supply proof of damage within 7 days of delivery.

Orders over $500 require an adult signature at time of delivery or arrangement with your carrier on their website.
